 Describe something you will never fully understand.

One thing I will never fully understand is the creation of something. It is hard to wrap your head around the fact that at one point in time there had to be nothing. What is even harder to wrap your head around is how did that nothing turn into something. Yes there are many theories and guesses but even if these were fully explained to me I don't think I would understand it because how did everything come from nothing. It's also hard to think about what truly nothing is. I know it is a vacuum but what does that look like and feel like. Obviously if I were in that vacuum I would die and everything. Its all a very interesting and cool topic to try and wrap your head around and truly understand. Overall the one thing I will truly never understand fully at least is the creation of something no matter what that something was. 

Summary:

Today in class we presented our creation myth posters. During the presentation we summarized our myth, described the important characters, started the theme, and explained the scene. 

Reflection:

Today in class I learned better presenting skills although I stutter a lot while presenting I am overall proud of my presentation.

Write about something that you can't stop thinking about.  One thing that I can not stop thinking about is what I learned about in AP Psychology today. We watched this video about people called "Wild Children" who are people who were raised with little to no human contact/interactions. These children were captured at birth and were striped of their rights to do anything basically. Because they have no knowledge of language and had no one to interact with for the critical learning period of their lives they make little to no noise. The aspect that I think about the most is that I am unable to grasp the idea of how my thought process would look like without words/vocabulary/language. I can not fathom the idea of thinking without words. I am also curious about how they felt after being found and brought into the human world. Overall this is a very interesting topic to me and I have found myself unable to get it off my mind.

  In the spirit of Valentine’s Day week, describe your idea of a perfect day spent with someone you care about (a friend, family member, or significant person in your life). In the spirit of Valentine's Day week, my idea of a perfect day spent with someone I care about is spending the day hanging out with my mom and sisters. I would wake up late come downstairs and eat a late brunch with my mom and then spend the afternoon shopping or watching movies with my sisters. Then we would come home and start getting ready for a nice dinner. My whole family would go to a nice Italian restaurant and then get some dessert on the way back home. After we got home me and the rest of my family would play board games until we got to bed. That is my idea of a perfect day with people I care about. Summary: Today in class we continued planning for our rhetorical analysis essay. Reflection: I learned a lot and feel more prepared after planning.
