 Write about what you did over the Fall Break. 

Over fall break I first went to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Some of my friend and I stayed at my friend Leah's cabin for a weekend. We didn't do much but it was fun to be somewhere different then usual with a bunch of my friends. We ate good food, made fires, and just had fun. I then got back home and went to Netherworld the next day. I hate being scared so I did not enjoy this at all. After that my friend and I went to Helen Georgia for a day which was fun. We went on this roller coaster, mini golfing, hiking, and just drove around. Finally I took the ACT which was very reliving in the end. It was stressful but I think I will be happy with my end result. Overall this is what I did over fall break I had a wonderful time but I am happy to be back. 

Summary:

Today in class we made comics and had to use given vocabulary words throughout the comic.

Reflection:

Today in class I feel like I showed my creativity and story telling skills to their fullest abilities while also expanding my vocabulary in a new and fun way.

Write about something that you can't stop thinking about.  One thing that I can not stop thinking about is what I learned about in AP Psychology today. We watched this video about people called "Wild Children" who are people who were raised with little to no human contact/interactions. These children were captured at birth and were striped of their rights to do anything basically. Because they have no knowledge of language and had no one to interact with for the critical learning period of their lives they make little to no noise. The aspect that I think about the most is that I am unable to grasp the idea of how my thought process would look like without words/vocabulary/language. I can not fathom the idea of thinking without words. I am also curious about how they felt after being found and brought into the human world. Overall this is a very interesting topic to me and I have found myself unable to get it off my mind.

  In the spirit of Valentine’s Day week, describe your idea of a perfect day spent with someone you care about (a friend, family member, or significant person in your life). In the spirit of Valentine's Day week, my idea of a perfect day spent with someone I care about is spending the day hanging out with my mom and sisters. I would wake up late come downstairs and eat a late brunch with my mom and then spend the afternoon shopping or watching movies with my sisters. Then we would come home and start getting ready for a nice dinner. My whole family would go to a nice Italian restaurant and then get some dessert on the way back home. After we got home me and the rest of my family would play board games until we got to bed. That is my idea of a perfect day with people I care about. Summary: Today in class we continued planning for our rhetorical analysis essay. Reflection: I learned a lot and feel more prepared after planning.
